Henley Sunset

I went to Henley Beach before sunset.
But I took very nice photos of Henley Jetty in the setting sun.

The beach has become very quiet as it is cool recently...
It was real shame very few people saw this amazing sunset.

The ocean reminds me what is necessary and unnecessary in my life.
I always get a chance to think things simply.

I feel happy to be here.

Cycling to Torrens River

They are always friendly...

I went cycling to Torrens River from Klemzig to Paradise.

It was a beautiful warm day.
I liked this cycling course as there is a lot of water in the river.

On the way home I found a beautiful big church.

It was such a nice day.

Norton Summit

I went to driving on the hill. I saw a nice city view from Scenic Restaurant where I stoped for a coffee. There were a beautiful old church and a post office.

It was very quiet. I had a lovely coffee and a piece of cake.
It was so steepy on the way up to there. I was thinking that it is impossible to go there without car. Next time I will be there early in the morning or in the evening in order to see a different view.

Old Norton Summit Road, Norton Summit SA

After 5 pm, I saw a sunset at Grange. There were pink clouds in the sky.
It was very quiet nice evening...

Waterfall Gully

I waited for autumn to go to Waterfall Gully because all waterfalls dry up duing summer.

The water cames down from upstream in Cleland Conservation Park where I went walking in December.
There is walking track between Waterfall Gully and Mount Lofty Summit. I've never tried but I want to make it some other day.

When I come back next time I will be wearing a pair of trecking shoes and bring lunch...
It was such a beautiful quiet day...

Friend from Sydney

I was so excited this morning... because my friend Myeonjoo visited me from Sydney.
I miss her so much so I was really happy see her again.

Unfortunately, it was raining but I wanted her to see the ocean.
So we went to Glenelg by tram. We counld't stop talking on the tram.
There were a lot to talk each other...

It was very windy and cool. We took some photos and then had some coffee in a cafe.
She liked Glenelg, too.

We went back to city and had dinner at an Italian Cafe.
We had some wine, pizza and risotto.
As she lefr home very early this morning, I was worried she must have been tired.
But she was really excited. She told me it was her doesn't have chance to travel by herself.

We a were tipsy and very happy. We haven't had a chance to drink alcohol together because we always met daytime when her kids are at school.

We came back my house late and had a chat with my housemates.
We had a short sleep and went to the airport.
She went back to Sydney very early on Sunday morning.
I really enjoy her company and had a good weekend.

Thank you for coming, Myeonjoo. I am looking forwards to seeing you soon.

I went for a drive to Adelaide Hills. There were a lot of autmn leave.
I heard from my friend that this is the best time to visit Adelaide Hills...

It was very cool in the evening.
I had a glass of wine near a fireplace. It was really nice time.
today I saw a lot of beautiful trees and houses. It was such a lovely day.

Morning Henley Beach

I walked on the Henley Beach this morning... It was such a quiet morning.
There weren't so many people but I saw something in the water.

It was dolphine!! Probably 2 dolphins, it might have been a mother and a young.
They were swiming about within 10 metres from the beach.
I was so excited !!!
But soon after that, they have gone somewhere...

I walked on the jetty and looked for them.
When I found them, they were going to further away from jetty...

I was so happy. It was such a beautiful morning.

Grange

After class, I went to Grange because it was a lovely weather. I studied on the beach for a while.
It was very quiet because summer had gone...

Since I came to Australia, I often study outside, such on the beach, in the park or by the river.
But I remember I also used to study in the park when I lived in Tokyo.

I am probably outdoorswoman, and the climate of Adelaide does agree with me.

Wine tasting party

I went to L's House by bike in the evening. My new bike is really good and I enjoyed a lot.
S and M brought 6 bottle of wine for tasting.
All of them were really lovely, but I liked a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, which I'd never tried before. L cooked a lovely dinner.
It was such a lovely evening...

Bye Bye Esther!!

I went to the airport to see Esther off. I don't like to go to the airport for this purpose...

We had some coffee but there was not enough time to talk with...

She didn't have enought confidence with her English when I first met her.
It was Novenmer. She learn a lot of things and gained a lot of experiences since then.
Now her English is so good. I really proud of her.
She is having an interview to get a job and going back to her Uni.
I hope to see her again in Korea or Australia, Japan or somewhere in the world.

Visit Esther

After leaving Hallett Cove, I went to Flinders Uni to see my lovely friend.
She study this English course so I met her after her class.
Flinders Uni has a huge campus and there are a beautuful view.

We went to Esther's sharehouse. It was a really nice tidy house.
Today she cooked a very lovely lovely Korean dinner for me. I was so happy...

She is going back to Korea this week. It was our last dinner in Adelaide.
She will have a job interview soon after arriving in Seoul.
I hope she will find a good job.

Hallett Cove Conservation Park

I went to Hallett Cove Conservation Park. It was such a beautiful day.
The Park was just 5 minute walk from the Hallett Cove station.
There were a beautiful blue sky and ocean.

There were very few people. I felt like I'm an only human in the world...

There are amazing views I've never seen before.

I took so many photos at everywhere in the park.
The landscape was really interesting.

I talk with a friendly couple who live near the park.
The man found something in the sea. It was a sealion!!!

I went closer to the sealion. A woman with her kids told me that it's was Henrey.
It was the same sealion I saw in Glenelg last year!!!
He looked very ralaxed swiming in front of us.

I had lunch seeing Henley. It was just like I was in a heaven...

I was so happy. It was such a lovely afternoon...
I left there then went to next destination.
