Martha and I cooked dinner for her host mother L's birthday.
We wanted to make surprising dinner but it was difficult.
We needed to tell L not to prepare dinner what she usually does.
Martha cooked some Taiwanese food and I made some sushi-roll.
I took a sushi-roll machine which I had never seen in Japan.
It is a NZ product and anybody can make perfect sushi roll easily.
We enjoyed lovely dinner. It might have been unusual food for L and S.
But they looked they liked them so I was happy.
